DotA 6.66 - DotA Allstars 6.66 is now released by IceFrog. IceFrog has done a lots of fixing, balancing some big changes. There were a lots of things which were expected in this release but IceFrog has released this patch so quickly. Anyways the Dota 6.66 map and changelogs are available, check them now..

- Rocket Flare cooldown decreased from 30/25/20/15 to 20/18/16/14
Dirge
- Added Aghanim's Scepter for Undying.
Regular Plague Aura
- Plague Aura amplifies up to 20% / 25% / 30% max and heals for 6% of heroes and 2% of creeps
